The company employs more than 550 skilled engineers. We have experienced professionals as well as recent graduates from leading Russian technical universities. PhD holders are successfully engaged in NIK activities; several employees are pursuing postgraduate studies.

The average age of our employees is 30 years.

The backbone of the company is comprised of graduates from leading technical universities: Moscow Aviation Institute, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the Faculty of Aerodynamics and Flight Engineering of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, MATI – Russian State Technological University, Samara State Aerospace University, Southern Federal University, Novosibirsk State Technical University, and others.
