Education
NIK has established a Training Center to provide the required level of specialist training. The main objectives of the Training Center are as follows:
- cooperation with universities (target training, internship);
- training in software, methods and standards for our employees in accordance with customer requirements involving hands-on courses;
- continuing professional education and retraining of our employees and employees of other organizations on request.
To generate interest in aviation at a young age, special classes are organized for children in Zhukovsky schools.
The Training Center provides necessary additional education in general engineering disciplines and special subjects. We run training courses in cooperation with Management Technologies.
Company’s employees, professors at universities, and leading industry experts all teach at the Training Center. |
